Bahman Mozafari, RPA®, SMA®, FMA®

Vice President of BMS Management, Inc. who has been with the company since it's inception (1988) with 19 plus years experience in real estate management. Duties during this time include property management, asset management, construction management and engineering. 27 years of practical (hands-on) experience and training on all aspects of building systems and structures. This includes soil mechanics, foundation, all types of building structures, curtain wall systems, masonry, roofing, technology of the leased space, system's maintenance, HVAC systems, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, vertical transportation, water proofing, building codes, governmental regulations, occupancy and Energy Management. Bahman has performed all types of constructions (commercial and residential) both domestically and internationally. Able to get the job done once the "goal" is set and DOES NOT take NO for an answer!  Has been associated with BOMA since 1993 and is a Dale Carnegie graduate and graduate assistant. I enjoy martial arts and currently hold two 3rd degree black belts. I am a USTA/ITA and Olympic style TaeKwonDo champion (first place in 1999 USA Nationals Pensacola, FL) (First place in 2000 All Texas Championship.) I enjoy playing guitar, working on cars, yard work and growing orchids. I have a great sense of humor but do not know how to tell a joke!!!
