Patty Phillips

Patty Phillips, Property Manager at Millennium Tower.  Patty is responsible for overseeing all the operations of this 362,000 sf property.  She directs all administrative, financial and operational performance of the property including construction management of tenant space.  She is dedicated to building strong tenant relations and operating a professional organization.   Patty joined BMS in October, 1999.  She has been in property management for 21 years in Houston, working with companies such as Transwestern Property Company, SIGMA Realty Group and REOC Property Services.   Patty holds a Texas Real Estate License and has earned her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through BOMA International.  She is an active participant in IREM where she is an Associate member and serves on two committees.  She is an avid fan of spectator sports and collector of sports memorabilia.
