Susan Mazewski, CPM®


Susan has been employed by BMS Management, Inc. for twelve years as a Property Manager.

She started with the company as a Tenant Administrator, advanced to Assistant Property Manager within a year and then advanced to a Property Manager. Her portfolio consists of three office buildings, a retail site and a parking garage/retail mix. This property connects with the downtown tunnel system. She has experience in dealing with the Downtown District and other city organizations downtown such as Metro and the City of Houston. During 2000/2001 she was involved with the construction & opening of the garage including implementing start-up procedures for all services as well as handling Tenant build outs. She currently has twenty years experience in real estate management and prior to being employed by BMS worked for Weingarten Realty Management Company for eight years as an assistant working directly under a Senior Property Manager and a Regional Property Manager.

She currently serves on the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Executive Counsel as VP or Communications. Susan is also a committee member of the Golf Tournament, Education and Community Service Committee. 

When away from the office she likes to spend time with her family.
